The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting to generate leads and opportunities for Sales. This is a great opportunity to join SQLstream sales organization and be a critical part of the sales organization as we grow our team.

Job details
· Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for the Enterprise.
· 50% calling marketing-generated (inbound) leads in primarily $100M+ accounts to qualify and schedule meetings for the Enterprise Sale’s Lead.
· 50% calling companies (outbound) to schedule meetings for the Enterprise Software sales teams.
Desired skills and experience
· A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business.
· Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
· Experience and previous success with prospecting for the Enterprise Software market and selling via phone.
· At least 2-3 years of demand generation or inside sales experience with Enterprise Software sales or related organization.
· Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
· Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone.
· Skilled at prospecting for new business by discovering need for SQLstream.
· Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly.
· Strong written and verbal communication, time management skills, and team orientation.
· Experience with tools such as SalesForce.com and “standard” inside sales tools.
We are looking for highly qualified presales solutions consultants to join our team and support sales opportunities through strategic, consultative selling. These proven presales professionals will collaborate with our customers and ensure the success of our customers throughout the customer journey.
The presales solutions consultant is the primary technical representative of SQLstream throughout the sales process. This role is critical to SQLstream’s success. You must be able to carry on deep discussions with customers front-line technical experts as well as high-level, business talks with senior executives.
