Troubleshooting s-Dashboard

At times, s-Dashboard may lose connection with s-Server's WebAgent. (See the topic WebAgent in the Integration Guide for more details). To refresh this connection, you can use the Invalidate Cache commend in the s-Dashboard menu.

If s-Dashboard is running but not showing data, check to see that both WebAgent and s-Server are running.
